The order dated 03.12.2013, whereby cognizance of the offences under Sections 420 and 120B of Indian Penal Code has been taken, is the subject matter of the instant petition. From perusal of the complaint petition, it is apparent that the ingredients of the offence under Sections 420 and 120B of IPC are sufficiently stated. Thus, prima facie, opinion of the Magistrate, while taking cognizance of the offence, cannot be faulted. In the instant case, no case is made out for interference by this Court under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code.
