The petitioner seeks bail in a case under sections 406, 408, 409, 420, 468 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by order dated 22.04.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 7385 of 2015 but similarly situated co-accused Mayank kumar has been granted bail by order dated 17.06.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 20635 of 2015 on the condition that the petitioner (Mayank Kumar) was ready to deposit the entire amount of Rs. 1,45,000/- within two weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

It is submitted that the petitioner is also ready to deposit the entire amount of Rs.1,05,000/- within two months

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29634 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 from the date of his release.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2014 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit the entire amount of Rs.1,05,000/- within two months of his release, failing which the court below shall cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
