NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga (hereinafter referred to as 'the University').

Petitioner retired from the post of Professor, Head of the Department (History) with effect from 30.06.2013. He prays for payment of his retirement dues, i.e., earned leave, GIC, revised arrears of salary and also statutory admissible interest under GPF.

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.2, the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga

Patna High Court CWJC No.1166 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 who will dispose of the representation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner would be paid within two months thereafter. If certain amounts are not admissible, the same would be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order through registered post.
