The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking direction to the Director, Primary Education, Bihar Patna to consider his representation for transfer from one school to another on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1560 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 ground of medical treatment of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed representation before the District Education Officer, Bhojpur, Ara for his transfer from the school of Bhojpur, Ara to any school in Patna so that the petitioner may get treatment of his ailment. The petitioner has suffered hemorrhage and he is under treatment of Dr. Anuj Kumar Singh. The petitioner also remained under treatment in Medanta Hospital. The District Education Officer recommended the petition of the petitioner to the Director, Primary Education but the same is still pending since 2018.

Having considered the facts, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Director, Primary Education, Bihar Patna to sympathetically consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of his representation in accordance with law within two months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
