Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

As per allegation, the land of Prafula Chandra Singh and Roopmani Devi were transferred through sale deeds by way of impersonation. At the time of execution of sale deed Prafula Chandra Singh was in America.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is Munsi and Broker of the land and he has no concern with the alleged occurrence.

On the other hand, the learned Additional P.P. has submitted that not only the informant has made allegation but also the vendee Sunita Devi has also made allegation against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15875 of 2021(4) dt.08-03-2022 2/2 accused persons including the present petitioner that they duped her to purchase the land of some one else who was not entitled to make a transfer.

The present petitioner has also criminal history of similar nature of offences. As such, he do not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, it is rejected. Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
