The petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2014 in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 341 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 342, 364 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioner is farfetched and on the basis of the said allegation she has been prosecuted. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that on the basis of some vague allegations, she is languishing in jail since 21.12.2014.

Considering the aforementioned submissions as also the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the

No.15393 of 2015 (3) dt.28-07-2015 petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzuffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 341 of 2014.
