JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2019 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners, who are father-inlaw, mother-in-law, brother-in-law and wife of brother-in-law of the deceased, is of causing dowry death of deceased. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against any of them and whole family members have been made accused in this case.

No.7633 of 2019(2) dt.08-02-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra, in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
