JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2022 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 16.09.2021, passed by the District Magistrate, Gopalganj in Arms Case No. 02 of 2021, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be heard on merits and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
