The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-b)a/34 of the Arms Act and sections 16, 18, 20, 23, 38 and 39 of the U.P.A. Act. Two persons, namely, Mangal Khan @ Mustakim and Md. Sahzad Alam @ Laddu disclosed the name of the petitioner and other accused persons. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 11.02.1015 i.e. for more than six months. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional
