The petitioner seeks bail in Parsa P.S. Case No. 99 of 2015, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Raju Kumar who has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 26331 of 2017. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 4.8.2018.

Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Parsa P.S.
