In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.241 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 364, 506, 307, 302, 201 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case, allegation has been made that number of accused persons came in a Scorpio car, lifted some boys including the victim, certain boys escaped, and ultimately, the victim was killed. The manner in which the dead-body was treated shows that heinous crime has been committed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific allegation has been made against the present petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21265 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 He further submits that some of the accused persons have been granted bail by this court.

The name of the petitioner has been surfaced in the F.I.R. The Court below has examined the case diary and given description of the dead body of the victim, which is not required to be reiterated in the order.

Looking to the gravity of the charge and the manner in which it has been done, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U
