The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kotwa P.S. Case No. 186 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 184.8 litres of liquor from a poultry farm and 105 litres of spirit was recovered from a bike. Poultry farm belongs to this petitioner.

It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
