The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 176/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/302/386/448/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Diary in this case was called for earlier which has since been received.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State and on perusal of the case diary, it appears that the petitioner was at best named in the FIR and that there was a land dispute which resulted in occurrence. No specific role has been attributed to the present petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2015.

No.20064 of 2016 (3) dt.31-05-2016 P2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madhubani in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 176/15.
