2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
3. The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to demarcate the land of the petitioner which has been given him alternatively vide an order dated 04.08.2022 passed in M.J.C. No.218 of 2019 by this Hon'ble Court.
4. Learned counsel for the State submits that in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2283 of 2023(3) dt.07-08-2023 2/2 counter affidavit the stand of the State is that in the Encroachment Case No.54 of 2018-19 final order has been passed under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, as such, the grievances of the petitioner has been settled.
5. In this view of the petitioner, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
6. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said final order passed under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 in Encroachment Case No.54 of 201819, he is at liberty to challenge the said order in appeal. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Ritik/- U
