2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or writs restraining the respondents from making interference with the petitioners' land bearing mauza Kuriya, Thana no.603 Khata No.93 and 96, Khesra No.243 area 1 Bigha 10 Katha situated in Block Ramnagar, District-West Champaran without acquiring the land and payment of compensation for the purpose of installing electric power sub-

Patna High Court CWJC No.10252 of 2017(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 station, which is coming in possession of these petitioners prior to independence and after vesting Jamindari in the Government of Bihar for which the petitioners' ancestors were paying revenue continuously and now the petitioners, under the Jamabandi No.48;

(ii) for passing such other order or orders, direction/directions for which the petitioners possession be not disturbed forcibly by the respondents.

3. The counter affidavit of respondent nos. 2 to 4 is on record. According to it, no Power Grid has been constructed on the land of the petitioners. The same has been recorded in para-6 of the counter affidavit.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that if such is the stand of the State, he do not have anything further to submit.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
