JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Saharsa Mahila P.S. Case No. 30 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 498(A), 323, 379, 494, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. Allegation against the petitioners, who are family members of the husband of the informant, is of subjecting the informant with cruelty with respect to demand. Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa Mahila P.S. Case No. 30 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
