ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 4.3.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 49197 of 2014. Due to inadvertence occured by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, in the order dated 4.3.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 49197 of 2014, the "son of the Petitioner namely, Ashok Mahto" has been typed where as it should have been "father of the Petitioner".

The 3rd and 13th line of the 3rd paragraph of the order dated 29.7.2015 passed in Cr. Misc.49197 of 2014 is modified to the extent that in place of "son of the Petitioner namely, Ashok Kumar Mahto", let it be read as "father of the Petitioner namely, Ashok Kumar Mahto".

The modification application stands allowed.
