ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2016 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there has been no recovery from the petitioner and other similarly situated persons, namely, Md. Iliyas Manuri, Pawan Verma and Kailash Kumar have been extended the privilege of bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 21319 of 2016, Cr. Misc. No. 21665 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 20884 of 2016 vide order dated 19.05.2016, respectively.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is similarly situated,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20227 of 2016 (3) dt.30-05-2016 P2/2 let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Nath Nagar (Lalmatia) P.S. Case No. 240/15.
