Petitioners seek bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 371 of 2019 registered for the offence under sections 448, 341, 323, 504, 506, 308 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties are neighbour. Further, it is submitted that in the alleged occurrence, both the parties have sustained injuries. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4139 of 2020(2) dt.26-08-2020 2/2 of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 371 of 2019.
