The present case was registered on the basis of fardbeyan of the petitioner but in course of investigation, the statement of Khalasi was recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which he expressed his suspicion against the petitioner and except the aforesaid material there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Musrigharari P.S.Case No. 38 of 2015.
