This is an appeal under Section 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the refusal of prayer for bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st -cum-Special Judge (S.C./S.T. Act), Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Mahua Police Station Case No.103 of 2020 registered under Sections 452/342/380/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 67/67A of the I.T. Act and Section 3(i)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

Considering the nature of allegation against the appellant of committing robbery in the house of the informant at the point of pistol, I am not inclined to enlarge the appellant on

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1181 of 2021(4) dt.20-05-2021 2/2 bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. The appellant may renew the prayer for bail after framing of the charges before the Court-below itself who shall pass the order according to law. Accordingly, the appeal stands rejected.
