2. Present application has been filed for the quashing of F.I.R. bearing Gaurichak Police Station Case No. 597 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under sections 409/420 of IPC.

3. Petitioner wants decision on the First Information Report by considering all the materials on affidavit in his defence which is not permissible in law.

4. Considering the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of State of Bihar vs P.P. Sharma 1992 Supp (1) SCC 222, this quashing application is dismissed.
