In the background of land dispute, it has been alleged by the informant, Anirudh Mandal that on 04.06.2014 at about 12.00 noon, while they were at their field lying at Lakadwa Diara, his brother (deceased) Anil Mandal came over tractor whereupon all the accused, so named, including the petitioner pumped bullet causing instantaneous death.

From perusal of the case diary, it is apparent that in same and similar way, omnibus allegation has been attributed. Furthermore, co-accused Rajesh Mandal had already been granted bail under Criminal Miscellaneous No.43192 of 2014.
