JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 376/376(i)/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 47 of 2018.

According to FIR, the petitioner allegedly ravished to the daughter of the informant. Informant is the eyewitness of the occurrence. The victim is mentally derailed. Perused the medical report. Petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2018.

Considering the nature of allegation disclosed in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5457 of 2019(3) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 FIR, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
