Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report, but it appears that the name of the petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Ranjeet Kumar and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 9.4.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
