Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession and except confessional statement of co-accused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 11.02.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Patna in connection with Fulwari Sharif P.S.Case No. 371 of 2014.
