Patna High Court CWJC No.1742 of 2024(2) dt.29-04-2024 2/3 Lodging House Committee (Samwas Sadan Samiti) Gaya in House Control Case No. 06/2023, wherein the Respondent enhanced the rent of the shop, without following the terms and conditions of agreement dated 15.12.2021.

ii) For issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/ directions to quash the order dated 14.06.2023 passed by the Sub-divisional Magistrate-cum-House Controller Gaya in House Control Case No. 06 of 2023 who arbitrarily enhanced 50% rent."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the order dated 14.06.2023 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate-House Controller, Gaya in House Control Case No. 06 of 2023, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed by the petitioners within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the appellate authority on merits,
