The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report. One Shambhu Manjhi was arrested in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014 and he confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of Dhaneshwar Tanti. Dhaneshwar Tanti was also arrested and he made his confessional statement and disclosed the name of the petitioner. Except the confession of co-accused, the police did not collect any further evidence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
