The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 461/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case of theft in his shop against unknown. The name of petitioner figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Bijay Yadav. The petitioner is also said to have confessed his guilt and one laptop and SIM of Aircel were recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner is owner of the laptop and no stolen article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29014 of 2015 (2) dt.10-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Civil Lines Gaya P.S. Case No. 8/2014.
