Patna High Court CWJC No.1320 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2019 2/3 immediate restraint the private respondent no. 9 to 12 to take soil from the agricultural land of the petitioner pertaining to Thana No.431, Tauzi No.426, Khata No.55, Khesra No.09 & 1546 situated at Mauza Indrukh village-Herudiyara which is raiyati land of the petitioner and peaceful possession over the land for more than 50 years. The private respondents are forcibly taking soil from the agricultural land of the petitioner for manufacturing bricks."

In my view, the petitioner has statutory remedy under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 and the Rules framed thereunder.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that despite repeated representations made by her before the Collector of the district and other district officials, her grievances have not been given any heed of.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner has statutory remedy under the Act, this application is disposed of granting the petitioner liberty to approach the Public Grievances Redressal Officer under the Act by making appropriate application. If the petitioner does so, it needs no reiteration, that the Grievance Redressal Officer shall dispose of the petitioner's application within the statutory period prescribed under the Act
