Petitioner is in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 04 of 2020 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner has no criminal antecedent and in the instant case there is recovery of 31.5 liters of liquor.
Learned counsel submits that petitioner is a student of B.A.
The petitioner is in custody since 1.1.2020.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5102 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-3rd cum Special Judge, Excise, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No. 4 of 2020.
