JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although it is stated that petitioner and other accused threw the minor daughter of the informant into well but it is not specific as to who threw the informant's minor daughter into well and moreover, having more or less similar allegation one coaccused Ranjit Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Tarapur P.S.Case No. 13 of 2015.
