JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and moreover, having more or less similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class Gaya in connection with Tekari ( Mau) P.S.Case No. 209 of 2014.
