Petitioner has moved for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.37 of 2018 arising out of Mufassil P.S.Case No.499 of 2016. Since an order has been passed in Cr.Misc.No.43236 of 2017 dated 02.01.2019 granting extension of time for conclusion of trial within three months, the present bail application is not being pressed at present. However, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after the extended time granted by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.43236 of 2017 dated 02.01.2019.
