The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motihari P.S. Case No. 636 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that proceeding under section 144 of the Cr. P.C. was initiated against the petitioner and after thorough inquiry, the S.D.M. has vacated the same in favour of the petitioner (Annexue-2). Moreover, the dispute between the parties is of civil nature. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in
