The petitioner seeks bail in Kanti (Panapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 461/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail was twice rejected by this Court. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the deceased with hammer causing him death on the spot.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within nine months.
