2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 267 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B, 120(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The F.I.R. was registered after a delay when a complaint case was filed and referred under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P.C. In the complaint case itself it has come that the petitioner, who is the husband, was working at Nagaland and the deceased was staying in Bihar along with her in-laws and was pregnant. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that after the death of the deceased, the informant's family
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7392 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 participated in the last rites and they did not inform the police. No post-mortem has been held. The parties have settled their disputes and a compromise was also entered into between the parties but subsequently, this case has been filed. The petitioner is in jail since 09.02.2023.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Bhawanipur P.S.
