Petitioner seeks bail in Kudra P.S. Case No.478 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that 19 bottles of Royal Stag Whisky each of 375 ML are alleged to have been recovered from his house.

Seizure list is available with First Information Report, which shows that recovery has been made from the roof of house of petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2743 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2019 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Kaimur, Bhabhua, in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No.478 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
