Petitioner seeks bail in a case, initially, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code was also added. I do not find any ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 203 of 2015/41 of 2016 arising out of Rishiyap P.S. Case No. 37 of 2014 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-III, Aurangabad is again rejected.
However, learned trial court must expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) SHAHZAD/- U T
