2. The application has been filed for initiation of

Patna High Court MJC No. 190 of 2020(4) dt.07-03-2025 2/2 contempt proceeding against the concerned opposite parties for their wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 14.08.2019 passed by a Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 16424 of 2019.

3. A show cause affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 5 with an averment that on receipt of the representation of the petitioner along with the order of this Court, the claim of the petitioners was duly considered and granted Matric Trained Scale of Rs.4500-7000/- with effect from 02.12.2000 and 02.08.1995 respectively. The benefit of ACP/MACP has also been accorded by the order contained in Memo No. 936 dated 25.07.2023. However, the order issued afore noted shall be subject to the final outcome of LPA No. 720 of 2023, preferred by the State authorities.

4. In view of the averments made in the show cause affidavit, the present contempt petition stands closed.

5. However, the petitioners shall always be at liberty to avail the other legal remedy, if their case goes against them. (Harish Kumar, J) Anjani/- U
