ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 The present bail application has been brought before this Court for recalling the order dated 07.01.2015 by which the case diary of R.C. Case No. 11 of 2013 and R.C. Case No. 10 of 2013 arising out of Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 451 of 2013 had been called for from the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge XI, Patna-cum-Special Judge, N.I.A., Patna.

When the matter was called out, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the same with liberty to approach the appropriate Forum.

Liberty is thus granted to the petitioner and as a consequence thereof order dated 07.01.2015 is now rendered ineffective.
