Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No.807 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 152, 153, 153(A), 307, 353 and 333 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story is that large number of persons of two communities were engaged in the brick-batting on the Durga Pooja procession and the petitioners are also named in the FIR. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that except that they are named in the FIR, nothing specific has been attributed against them.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
