The petitioner seeks bail in a case of theft of paddy crops registered under Sections 148, 379, 448 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has misused the privilege of bail for 13 years and, for that, the petitioner is in jail since 22.05.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about three months for misuse of the privilege of bail for a petty offence. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
