Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 144 of 2022 dated 15.09.2022 lodged under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C.

As per the prosecution case, the allegation of murder against four named accused persons is there in the F.I.R. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that deceased was found dead in the old house and when police has come then the conspiracy has arisen and in the said conspiracy, the name of accused along with his friend has

In the present facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this juncture, therefore, bail petition of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

Trial court is directed to expedite the trial within six months.

With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
