JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 22-08-2023 Heard Mr. Chandra Shekhar Anand, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Anurag Saurabh is representing the Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation. The State is represented by Mr. Yogesh Kumar, learned counsel.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file an exhaustive representation before the Municipal Commissioner, Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation, who is the Managing Director of the Smart City Limited.

3. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ application stands
