JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 01-03-2024 There seems to be a gross negligence on the part of the Office of the learned Advocate in drafting of the present petition for and on behalf of the petitioner no. 1 Sk. Akhtar.

2. In paragraph '3' of the petition, it is stated that the petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail vide order dated 18.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63607 of 2023 but on perusal of the records, it is evident that the petitioner no. 1 Sk. Akhtar was not allowed anticipatory bail, therefore, the averments made in paragraph '3' are wrong.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.
