2. The present petition has been filed for the grant of following relief:- For restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 74196/2024 which stood dismissed for default due to compliance of the order dated 22.10.2024 by the Hon'ble Court.

3. Earlier the matter stands dismissed on 11.11.2024 for non-compliance of the order dated 22.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74196 of 2024.

4. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos.4 to 6, the petition stands allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- to Bihar State Legal Services Authority.
