JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the statement of brother of the petitioner was recorded and the brother of the petitioner disclosed that he had purchased the looted mobile from the petitioner. It appears that except the aforesaid statement as well as confessional statement of coaccused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 201 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20466 of 2015 (3) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.
