Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section392 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that except confessional statement of petitioner as well as his criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 10-03-2016 and it appears that uptill now, the I.O. has not taken pain to arrange test identification parade of the petitioner.
