The petitioner is accused in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, it has only come in the statement of witnesses in para 7, 8 and 9 of the case diary that at that time accused were talking to each other denoting the name of petitioner British Yadav, Amarjeet, Rohit and Mahesh, except that there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. The petitioner is accused in three cases in which he is on bail due to that reason,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19788 of 2016 (2) dt.13-05-2016 2/2 the petitioner has been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Jamui in connection with Sono P.S.Case No. 01 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
